鸡胸肉/Chicken breasts | 2块/pieces |
盐/Salt | 2克/g |
胡椒/Pepper | 1勺/spoon |
蒜末/Garlic, chopped | 6瓣/cloves |
植物油/Vegetable oil | 适量/TT |
黄油/Butter | 2片/slices |
烤鸡胸肉 | GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST🔥🐔的做法
切掉鸡胸肉多余的脂肪,并通过去除连接两侧的软骨,将鸡胸肉分成两块。
Trim any excess fat from the breasts. Split each breast into two pieces by removing the small piece of cartilage that joins the halves.用盐、胡椒粉和蒜末调味,并在肉的两侧均匀涂抹上植物油。
Season the breasts with the salt, pepper and garlic. Coat the breasts on all sides with the vegetable oil.预热准备烤炉。
Heat and prepare the grill.烤鸡胸肉直到熟,肉不再呈现粉色,在烹饪过程中将其翻转,两面烤制成诱人的金黄色。
Grill the chicken breasts until cooked through and no longer pink, flipping them midway through cooking.将鸡胸肉从烤炉上取出,盛入盘中。最后在鸡胸肉上放一小片黄油,用余温将其融化。
Remove the chicken from the grill and place on a plate for service. Place a slice of butter on top of each breast.这样就完成啦!
