Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte 生酮南瓜拿鐵的做法步骤图

瘋狂迷戀Starbucks的Pumpkin Spice Latte,甚至一個不愛肉桂的人都從超市買了一瓶Pumpkin Spice。但Starbucks是用Pumpkin Spice Syrup,自己做可是真南瓜!搬個食譜方便自己照著做。

PS,南瓜有升血糖的爭議,但我低碳低得很佛系所以不介意。

用料  

For regular brewed coffee
brewed coffee 滴漏式咖啡 1 cup
heavy cream 鮮奶油 2 tbsp
pumpkin puree 南瓜泥 1 tbsp
pumpkin pie spice mix 南瓜派香料 1 tsp
vanilla extract香草 1/2 tsp
granulated sweetener甜味劑 2 tsp (or more to taste)
For espresso or cold brew
espresso or cold brew 濃縮咖啡/冷萃咖啡 1/4 cup
unsweetened almond milk 無糖杏仁奶 3/4 cup
heavy cream 鮮奶油 2 tbsp
pumpkin puree 南瓜泥 1 tbsp
pumpkin pie spice mix 南瓜派香料 1 tsp
vanilla extract 香草精 1/2 tsp
granulated sweetener 甜味劑 2 tsp (or more to taste)
For bulletproof latte
butter, MCT oil, or coconut oil 2 tbsp (optional)

Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte 生酮南瓜拿鐵的做法  

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine coffee, cream and/or milk,
    spices, vanilla extract, and sweetener.

  2. Whisk until well combined, and heat until steaming.
    充份混合後,加熱至冒岀氣。

  3. Optionally, add additional butter, MCT oil, or coconut oil, and blend together
    using an immersion blender.
    如有需要,加入牛油、MCT油或椰子油並以攪拌棒混合均勻。

  4. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice over the top, if
    desired.
    飾以打發好的鮮奶油和香料。

小贴士

1. If you really want to recreate the Starbucks taste, use Starbucks coffee beans as well.

2. Instead of using 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice, you can make your own blend as follows:
1/2 tsp cinnamon 肉桂
1/4 tsp nutmeg 肉荳蔻
1/8 tsp ground ginger 薑粉
pinch allspice 多香果(眾香子)
pinch cloves 丁香
