CRISPY SWEET AND SOUR PORK 脆皮糖醋肉的做法
Cut the meat into dice about two centimeters.
把肉切成两块左右厘米。Combine the ingredients for the marinade. Add the diced pork and marinate for 30 the green pepper, tomato and pineapple into large dice. and mince the garlic.

①可以把猪瘦肉替换成排骨等肥瘦相间的肉,吃起来口感会更好。
②如果想要炸肉更加酥脆,可以在炸过一次后进行复炸。
