To refresh themselves, my fellow co-workers have always ordered milk tea in the afternoon. We are in the same office though. I have never joined them even once as I am on a diet. Tasty milk tea high calories. I would have been guilty if I had had one sip. What am I supposed to do?
I just got one. I am about to make it myself. I can't help imaging how sweet it is to drink with them on a fine spring afternoon!
用料
牛奶 (划重点,一定要脱脂的) | 200毫升 |
红茶 | 两小包 |
蜂蜜 | 1茶勺 |
生姜 | 5克 |
Milk Tea(奶茶)的做法
准备好茶叶,温开水洗一遍茶叶
Wash the black tea leaves with warm water.养生壶设置成泡茶模式
Set the electric kettle on tea-boiling.往碗中倒入500mL脱脂牛奶并放入高压锅内蒸热
Pour 500mL non-fat milk into a bowl and steam it in a pressure cooker.将洗好的茶叶放入养生壶
Put the washed tea leaves into the kettle.将蜂蜜用茶时挖出放在杯中,生姜末一并放入
Put a teaspoonful of honey and ginger pieces into a mug.依次加入热牛奶和泡好的红茶
Pour into the mug the heated milk and black tea.

控制热量的关键是用脱脂牛奶并控制糖的用量
