酸酸甜甜的柠檬凝乳蛋糕

柠檬凝乳蛋糕 Lemon curd cake的做法
5个鸡蛋分离蛋清蛋黄,蛋黄和50克牛奶搅拌均匀,之后加入50克玉米油搅拌均匀。Separate the white yolks from the 5 eggs, whisk together the yolks and 50 grams of milk, then add in 50 grams of corn oil and whisk well.
