虽然英文水平不行,还是希望越来越多的外国人喜欢吃中国菜。My English is not very well. But expect more and more foreigners can enjoy Chinese homely dish and cook by themselves.
This is my first recipe. If any words are not accurate, please give me advice. Highly appreciate! Meanwhile, hope you can enjoy this dish!

番茄酱 ketchup | 5spoon勺 |
蒜garlic | 3 |
料酒cooking wine | 2spoon勺 |
生抽light soy sauce | 3spoon勺 |
白糖sugar | 3spoon勺 |
盐salt | 1.5spoon勺 |
BRAISED PRAWNS 油焖大虾的做法
all we need
pour a bit of oil in pan and heat. After around 1 min, put all prawns into the pan. Take out prawns until both sides become red totally and leave some oil in pan.
锅里倒一点油然后加热,大约一分钟后把虾放到锅里炒,一直到两面都变红再盛出来,锅里留底油。cut garlic up and prepare cooking sauce(2 spoons cooking wine/ 3 spoons light soy sauce/5 spoons water)
把蒜切碎,然后准备料汁,两勺料酒、三勺生抽、5勺水put garlic and 5 spoons tomato ketchup into pan and restart heating the pan.
重新开火把蒜末和番茄酱加入锅内翻炒。put prawns and cooking sauce into pan. Stir prawns for a while, then add 2 spoons sugar and 1.5 spoons heating until all sauces become thick.
把虾和料汁倒入锅内炒,加糖和盐,等汤汁浓稠之后就可以关火啦。cut the shallot into segments and splash on the prawns. FINISH!
把葱切小段撒在虾上,搞定!
