自从吃到一家好吃的sourdough 遍打开了新世界的大门
Sourdough bread,是一种用天然酵母做成的欧包,或者可以翻译成酸面团面包,bakery里或者超市Coles里就能看到,就那种巨大的硬到可以砸人的那种大面包,里面有点微酸的口感,作为主食面包食用,一般去吃brunch里的menu中它都有出现,作为sides,咖啡店里一些sandwich也是用这种面包做的,花样之多数不胜数!
于是便想开一个菜谱,记录我吃过的或者做过的sourdough,一边以后可以自己在家制作~
用料

Sourdough 的一百种吃法的做法
Free range egg on toast
Any extra toppings: Smoked salmon, Spanish chorizo, Marinated avocado, Crispy Bacon, Haloumi ,Mushrooms, SpinachSalmon with 2 poached eggs, cream cheese, rocket,Spanish onion, capers,olive oil on sourdough
Mint lamb sausage with 2 poached eggs, spinach, goat cheese, pine nuts on sourdough balsamic reduction
Cherry tomato, basil, chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper w sourdough
Seafood on top
Sample with butter & jam
Not so scramble eggs, chilli, ricotta w sourdough
Baked egg, Smashed garden pees, green chillies, ricotta, kale, dress with lemon emulsion w sourdough
Truffle oil, avocado, poached eggs, rockets, halloumi w sourdough toast
Smoked salmon, poached eggs, roasted tomatoes, feta cheese, spinach, Hollandaise sauce, pistachio w sweet potato rosti (replace with sourdough toast is fine :)
