300ml milk (or half water half milk) | |

Toad in the Hole的做法
Preheat oven to 220c.(200fan forced)
In a mixing bowl
sift 3/4-1 cup plain four&salt&pepper
make a welladd 1-2 eggs
Gradually pour in 200-300ml milk: smooth batter.
(1tbsp mustard)
RestIn a shallow roasting tin:
add 1tbsp olive oil: oven-smoking hot
Arrange sausages :oven 10 mins(turn halfway)
pour batter : oven 25-30 minutes--risen& golden.
(don't open the oven door in the early stage)serve with onion gravy & vegetables
