ginger | 1 tbsp |
milk | 1/2 cup + 8 tsp |
sugar | 1/2 tbsp |

grind ginger, then use either the sifter or the garlic press to extract juice
warm up milk and sugar till 176 F (reaction happens around 167 F)
if no thermometer, warm up till bubbling then let it cool down for 1 min
try not to bubble because the skin on top would form and affect the smooth texture
