500g beef, cut into thin strips | |
1 tsp paprika | |
1 onion, chopped | |
1 clove garlic, minced | |
2 handful mushrooms, sliced | |
1 tbsp all purpose flour | |
1/4 cup white wine or brandy | |
1cup beef stock | |
1/4 cup crème fraiche or sour cream | |
Chopped flesh parsley |
Beef Stroganoff-slow的做法
Season beef with salt & pepper&
1 tsp paprika.In a large skillet: heat 1 tbsp oil :
Brown the beef-Remove.
In the same pan: butter & olive oil
Fry the onion & mushrooms & garlic
Add 1 tbsp flour: 1-2 minutesPour in 1/4 cup wine: reduced
Add 1 cup beef stock
Return the beef:
Boil & simmer : 1 hour
(Stir occasionally)Stir in 1/4 cup creme fraiche:
heat through
Season to taste.
Sprinkle with parsley.
