Beef Stroganoff-slow的做法步骤图

Serves 4

用料  

500g beef, cut into thin strips
1 tsp paprika
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 handful mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 cup white wine or brandy
1cup beef stock
1/4 cup crème fraiche or sour cream
Chopped flesh parsley

Beef Stroganoff-slow的做法  

  1. Season beef with salt & pepper&
    1 tsp paprika.

  2. In a large skillet: heat 1 tbsp oil :
    Brown the beef-Remove.
    In the same pan: butter & olive oil
    Fry the onion & mushrooms & garlic
    Add 1 tbsp flour:  1-2 minutes

  3. Pour in 1/4 cup wine: reduced
    Add 1 cup beef stock
    Return the beef:
    Boil & simmer : 1 hour
    (Stir occasionally)

  4. Stir in 1/4 cup creme fraiche:
    heat through
    Season to taste.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
